Elevated Cooling Tower 02
The Elevated Cooling Tower 02 manufactured by Whaley Products, Inc. is an elevated open loop cooling tower ready to gravity feed your cooling process. This configuration can serve applications in ranges from 10 to 750 tons. This unit comes with a subframe, steel legs, bracings, and hardware to elevate the tower to allow for gravity draining to an indoor pump tank system or other pumping equipment. These systems are typically used in cold weather environments where the customer has room indoor for a pump tank system to prevent the tower basin from freezing and eliminate the need for any outdoor basin heater equipment.
Elevated Cooling Tower 02
This unit is an elevated evaporative open loop cooling tower 02 system which is typically installed outdoors. The cooling tower is factory mounted on an epoxy coated steel sub-frame with fork slots and lifting eyes with steel legs to elevate the tower. The steel legs allow the cooling tower water to gravity return back to a secondary reservoir. In many cases, the secondary reservoir is installed indoors. A pump for circulating this cooling tower and a tank for gravity draining the cooling tower water in is not included in this configuration, however if a pump and/or controls are required, Whaley can provide these items as a packaged skid configuration or as shipped loose optional adder items.
