Standard Features

  • Induced draft counter flow design
  • Fabricated from fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP)
  • ABS nozzle(s) used to prevent clogging and allow even spray across the fill
  • Side or bottom outlet available
  • Louvers installed to prevent debris in the air from entering tower water
  • All fill, drift, and louvers are manufactured completely out of 136 PVC
  • Rust resistant
  • FRP shell constructed with a UV protectant
  • Tower is constructed of lightweight components
  • Mounted on steel C-Channel skid with 2-Part Epoxy paint to prevent rusting
  • Stainless steel full flow inline flushable strainers
  • Stainless steel plate heat exchangers (10 to 40 Ton)
  • Stainless steel plate & frame heat exchangers (50 to 125 Ton)
  • Cast iron end suction centrifugal supply pump rated at 3gpm per ton at 40-60’TDH (stainless available)
  • Isolation valves for simplified maintenance of all components
  • Tower fan temperature control package
  • NEMA 4 Control panel with tower fan/pump motor contactors and motor protectors
  • Internal FRP cooling tower basin
