Process Heating Systems
This system might include a reservoir with one or more heating elements installed in addition to temperature control capabilities. Pumps to circulate the heated fluid through process applications can be installed in single or duplex backup configuration.
Chiller and Heater System Skid for Separate Processes
In the event a process has 2 separate application loops, one requiring cooling and one requiring heating, this type of system would be ideal. Separate holding reservoirs can be utilized with separate temperature control systems. The cooling side of the skid would be a refrigeration-based cooling system, while the heating system would be one or multiple heating elements inserted into the reservoir with temperature control packages for each.
Heat Pump Systems
A heat pump system is typically utilized for applications that require an all-in-one unit that is capable of either cooling or heating an application loop at any one given time, but not simultaneously. These applications will be served with a heat pump product line which incorporates a refrigerant reversing valve which allows the unit to reverse which of the coils are used as condenser and evaporator. This system is used frequently for applications which require cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. The system would include reservoir with comprehensive hot/cold temperature control.
Temperature Control Units
Temperature control units are designed to automatically maintain the process temperature of a fluctuating process heat load between a given temperature range when at times the process application absorbs heat and other times dissipates heat.
