This unit is an evaporative, open loop induced draft cooling tower system, which is typically installed outdoors. The cooling tower is factory mounted on an epoxy coated steel sub-frame with fork slots and lifting eyes. Other configurations are available if a steel legs to elevate the tower is required for your project. A pump for circulating this cooling tower is not included in this quote. If a pump and/or controls are required, Whaley can provide these items as a packaged skid configuration with this cooling tower or as shipped loose optional adder items.

This unit is an evaporative, open loop induced draft cooling tower system, which is typically installed outdoors. The cooling tower module is factory mounted on an epoxy coated steel frame with fork slots and lifting eyes. Also included on the frame is a cooling tower circulation/supply pump that will pull from the tower’s lower water basin, circulate the down-stream application, and return to the cooling tower. Additionally, a full flow flushable stainless-steel strainer is included to strain the cooling tower water prior to going to the down-stream application. Also included are the controls to run the pump and tower fan.

This unit is an evaporative, closed loop induced draft cooling tower system, which is typically installed outdoors. The cooling tower module is factory mounted on an epoxy coated steel frame with fork slots and lifting eyes. Also included on the skid is a Cooling Tower/Heat Exchanger Circulation Pump (CTHXP), Flushable Stainless Steel Strainer, Heat Exchanger, and Master Control Panel & Disconnect Package. The Cooling Tower / Heat Exchanger Circulation Pump (CTHXP) is set up to circulate only the cooling tower side (cold side) of the system’s heat exchanger. A field supplied pump is to provide circulation through the customer’s application side (hot side) of the heat exchanger.
