Packaged Rack-Style Air-Cooled Chillers
Packaged Rack-Style Air-cooled Chillers, the RA-Series manufactured by Whaley Products, Inc., includes all components to circulate and cool a heat load. The RA-Series chiller system is best used for large stand-alone applications where a larger heat load is required. One of the benefits of the system is the flexibility of installation. This unit can be installed indoors or outdoors. If installed indoors, proper ventilation will be necessary to dissipate the heat from the air-cooled condensing portion of the chiller system. Another positive is that the footprint of the RA-Series is minimal. An added positive of the RA-Series is its abundance of redundancy to help keep your critical heat load process running in the event a circuit went down. Customers are able to customize this system due to its flexibility in configurations. Larger buffer tanks, redundant pumps, and expanded controls are only part of what you can do with the RA-Series.
Packaged Rack-Style Air-cooled Chillers
This Packaged Rack-Style Air-cooled Chillers unit is a system with multiple independent refrigerant circuits for increased redundancy. This unit is also set up with internal reservoir and pumps. One pump (chiller circulation pump) circulates the chiller's evaporator to keep the chiller's internal tank at the target set point temperature. The other pump (process supply pump) pulls out of the chiller’s internal reservoir, circulates to your downstream application, and returns back to the chiller's internal reservoir.
