Single Skid Cooling Tower System 06
The Single Skid Cooling Tower System Model 06 manufactured by Whaley Products, Inc. is a closed loop elevated single skid system. For this closed loop tower, the tower water is isolated from the process fluid, therefore allowing you to utilize this system to cool other fluids including a clean building circulation loop water, glycol, salt water, oil, among others. This unit comes with a tower installed on a frame along with a heat exchanger circulation pump, strainer, electrical disconnect, controls, and isolation heat exchanger. The isolation heat exchanger is specifically chosen for the application’s fluid, flow rate, temperatures, and heat loads. Included in the controls are on/off switches for the pump and tower fan(s). It also includes a digital temperature controller that cycles the tower fan based on tower basin temperature. This configuration is useful for projects which require isolation of the application fluid from the tower water. This configuration is also applicable for projects where extreme high temperature process fluids need to circulate directly through a cooling system.

This unit is an elevated closed loop cooling tower single skid system. This evaporative, closed loop induced draft cooling tower system is typically installed outdoors. The cooling tower module is factory mounted on an epoxy coated steel frame with fork slots and lifting eyes. Also included on the skid is a Cooling Tower/Heat Exchanger Circulation Pump, Flushable Stainless Steel Strainer, Heat Exchanger, and Master Control Panel & Disconnect Package. The Cooling Tower / Heat Exchanger Circulation Pump is set up to circulate only the cooling tower side (cold side) of the system’s heat exchanger. A field supplied pump is to provide circulation through the customer’s application side (hot side) of the heat exchanger.
