**Key Responsibilities:**

– Conduct diagnostic tests on Whaley Products, Inc.’s manufactured chiller systems to ensure optimal performance.

– Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot and identify issues in various HVAC/R equipment.

– Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on refrigerant compressors (scroll, semi-hermetic), water and glycol pumps, reservoirs, refrigeration controls, and other system components.

**Requirements:**

– Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC/R field, with a focus on different types of equipment (not just residential changeouts or service calls).

– Held EPA universal refrigeration certification for minimum 10 years.

Qualifications

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primer as required.

  • Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, ensuring proper coverage, thickness, and finish quality.

  • Mix and adjust paint materials according to specifications and environmental conditions.

  • Inspect painted components for defects, runs, coverage issues, or surface imperfections.

  • Maintain painting equipment, spray guns, and work areas to ensure safe and consistent operation.

  • Follow company quality standards, paint specifications, and safety procedures, including proper PPE use.

Qualifications

  • Perform MIG, TIG, or stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components as required.
